Prefect Camp @ Trolak [ Part I ]
Went to trolak for a prefect camp on the 18th - 19th of March 2006.
Everyone met at school at 6.00 and left at 6.30 in two buses named Bus A and Bus B. The form 5's and Form 4's got to sit in Bus A, which looks more appealing to the eye from the outside, wherelse the lower form got to sit in Bus B, which is simillar to a normal school bus, but with air-conditioning. Our dear head prefect didn't attend the camp for certain reasons which I do not know =). Yao Siang and Wei Ling were the "Ketua" for the boys and girls respectively.
We arrived at the campsite around 9 or 10 a.m. and had sausage buns with chocolate milk. Later on we were assigned to our respective groups. I was in group 2, having Iqbal and Azeera with me. The other members were of form 4, 3 and 2. After the groupings, we were again assigned to our Rooms. I was assigned to room 101 with 2 other friends. Room 101 was beside room 102 which was assigned to my other 3 friends =). Room 101 and 102 were the largest among the other rooms booked by my school. It was actually the teacher's rooms. H @ H @ !
After that, we walked a really long walk to meet up at a specific location. There, group 1, 2, 3 and 4 were brought to execute the flying fox activity while group 5 to 8 did the low rope. Everyone had fun, did many poses. I did a meditating pose as I "flew" through the air =). Later on we had lunch. Lunch was okay, nothing much to add. The only thing that astonished me was the fact that we were not required to put our plates, forks, spoons, cups and etc into basins. There were waiters waiting to clean up after you. This camp seems more like a vacation by now.
After lunch, groups 1 to 4 did the low rope. It was like a mini obstacle course in mid air. Your legs will not touch the ground. Had fun with the obstacle course and did it a few times. After that it was "free time" till dinner. =)
