Reunion
Alright, I know you Rain fans will squel with joy.
Oh wait! He's long gone.

Coconut hairdo?
You might have guessed it. The Leong family had their reunion dinner at a Korean BBQ restaurant. Isn't it obvious? Anyway, the restaurant is located at the newly constructed Taipan building. I am sure many of you would know. My family reached the vicinity of the restaurant the latest. Fashionably late I would say! Settled down and waited patiently for the food. Dinner started off with light food which came in many variety but small portions. Do Koreans eat while kneeling down? Anyway, there was a space under the tables for our legs. Instead of kneeling down which is uncomfortable, we were actually sitting on "chairs".

The girls
Then came the meat. Pork and beef was served raw. We did not need to do anything as the waiters barbecued the meat for us with real charcoal beneath the pan. Quite an array of Korean food were served. For instance, bean curd in curry and steamed egg. Note that some of the dishes were to complicated to be described. We had a free flow of tea too! Korean food lack rice and therefore it is not that filling. However, there was one dish made out of floor and vegetables. We forced ourselves to eat it. It was too much. As in the taste.

The table
One thing different about this restaurant compared to the others is that the staff interact with the customers. Or perhaps my aunt is a regular customer? Anyhow, we asked for them to perform a traditional dance. They did. One of the staff tried to pull my cousin out from his seat to dance along. But he refused. Eventually he asked me to dance together. However, I told him I am taking pictures. Guess what? He offered to take pictures. I quickly said no. Heh.

The boss and I
After awhile, the owner of the premises went around to interact with the customers. Yes, he was finding for someone to challenge him in arm wrestling. Since no one was up for the challenge, I took it up. xD. You can laugh now as I lost. I am not sure whether my position attributed to my lost. Anyways, I will be back. The owner treated us with free fruits and wine. The wine was quite strong though but I still manage to down it! We parted ways soon after. The bill was at RM 1,000. The owner saw us off the elevator. He even had another battle of strength with me before I went in the elevator. I am so dead next year.
