Leaving on the jetplane
Oops! Hold your horses. I ain't going anywere yet for any matter. At least for now I will still be around. The future is uncertain! =)
Fly, fly like oxygene
It was INTIMA week from the 22-24th of this month. All clubs were obligated to set up a booth to recruit members for their cause. Of course we had to decorate the empty boards to attract the student's attention as well as "educating" students on what the club does. Giju and I met Ivan at his place to prepare the items that were to be put up on Tuesday. Our theme was simple. We did everything black and white as we thought other clubs would play with colours. To be the odd one out, black and white is a good choice! We took around three hours and we were done.
The concourse was supposed to be filled with boards by Monday. We came to college on Monday anxious to set up our booth. However, it seems that the boards were not arranged in that matter. Plans to set up the booth on that day was scrapped. We left the items at the A-Levels office. Only on Tuesday could we start work. Talk about last minute. Sigh. Ah well, we did everything in 30 minutes. Just enough time to make it to Biology class.
The produce? We manage to recruit more than ten members. I know it's not a comparable sum to clubs like Circle K. Heck, I need quality and not quantity.
