Orientation Day
It was Saturday, woke up early in the morning to prepare myself for the day I'm not looking forward to. Orietation Day. Why? Every Chairperson of each club had to give a speech on that day to promote their respective clubs. I mean, it's not a nice feeling going in front of so many new faces delivering a speech. Come on, who likes those boring speeches? Alright, met the rest of the guys/girls at the canteen at 8 AM. A short briefing was made and off we went!

Went to the concourse to usher incoming students for the orientation day. The problem was that we couldn't distinguish existing and new students. So yeah, there were a few awkward moments. Nevertheless, showed a number of new students the way to room 301. The was a competition to get the most "customers". Me vs. a former INTIMA EXCO by the name Jill. She claimed I was stealing her "customers". LoL..! Exchanged contacts with other councils who were there too.

Around 9.00 AM, we went back to the orientation hall where we became tour guides for students of different programmes. The first task was to bring them to the designated rooms where a brief talk will be given by the programme head. Oh well, got the guys to introduce themselves before the head came in. Had an Indonesian and Nigerian in the class. Woot!

Games time!
With that, the tour around INTI College Subang Jaya commenced! Took them around the campus like what I experienced when I was a semester 1 student. Oh well, too add some spice to the little tour, told them places to hang out, eat and also game!! Not to forget the A-Levels office which provides sweets! Wohoo!!!

Do you sing when you shower???

Everyone move!!
Everyone ended their tour by returning to the orientation hall. As everyone returned to the hall, the dreaded moment was fast approaching. It began with the introduction to INTIMA. Soon, representatives from each club came forth to deliver their speeches. Clubs from A-Z. I was one of the last few. As the time got closer, panic was about to kick it. But no!!! I'm not going to freak out! Haha. Went in front of a large crowd and gave a short talk. Well, being me, I cracked some jokes. Wehheee!!! Next was games time! Everyone was given a piece of paper with a table. Each "cell" had a text in it. The objective of the game was to complete all the "cells". The thing is, to be eligible to put your name in the "cell", the person had to be what is mentioned. (Hope you get the idea). I helped a few participants, even writing my name on the one that says "I scream like a girl".

Under my umbrella!

I'm da new Gay Chow!

Get your tongue's twistin!

Too shy??

She sells seashells on the seashore!
Surprise!! Those who wrote their names in the "cell" that reads "I sing when I shower" were called to the front. Well, to sing of course! Those who wrote their name for tongue twisters got what they wanted too. They were called forward to perform their amazing feats! Hooray!! Besides that, those who were born in the month of September were honoured with a birthday song. The end? A group photo.

Say Cheese!!

Say Chess!!
